Zag’s Brain Games for iOS
Privacy Policy
Effective October 28, 2026
Zag’s Brain Games is a daily puzzle app for iPhone and iPad. It has no accounts and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, contacts or location.
Anonymous usage analytics
The app uses TelemetryDeck for anonymous usage analytics. It records when the app is launched and which game is opened (the fortune cookie, word, fact, riddle or rebus), and whether it was opened from today’s games, Past 7 days or favorites. Each signal carries an anonymized, hashed device identifier. This data is not linked to your identity, is not used to track you across apps or websites, and is never sold.
Game Center (optional)
Signing in to Game Center is optional. If you sign in, Apple’s Game Center supplies your player alias and photo, which the app shows on your profile for display only. Game Center is run by Apple and covered by Apple’s privacy policy.
Data stored on your device
Your favorites, streak, history and achievements are stored only on your device. They are not uploaded to us. Deleting the app removes them.
Notifications
The daily reminder is optional and is scheduled locally on your device, with no server or account involved. You can turn it off at any time from the app’s menu or in iOS Settings.
Ads and tracking
The current version shows no ads and does no tracking, so it never asks for App Tracking Transparency permission.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and it does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
